Crispy Parmesan Chicken Breasts

"I found this from Yahoo food, I believe it's a Kraft recipe. I tried this out since my DH loves anything with parmesan. It is so delicious and unbelievably easy. I usually cut the chicken breasts into tenders because I prefer a heavier crispy:chicken ratio. I usually tweak the recipe by adding extra breadcrumbs as well. This is an easy basic format for chicken that we eat almost weekly!"

 1. OOOOOOOOOOMYGOSH!!! This is soooooooooo good, tender & juicy,I'll have to double the breading next time to get the "crispy". This will be made again. Thank You Amy for a "AWESOME" chicken recipe.

 2. I have made this over and over and love it. Thank your for the recipe. I make it exactly as shown for myself and my husband. For my kids I omit the cheese. I submitted this recipe for a group of us who decided to share our best easy recipes. I have gotten a lot of good feedback. Love it! This is a staple at my house--fast and easy--and good!

 3. I made this on 6/26/08 for mine and my SO's dinner.Since there was just two of us, I only used two large chicken breast halves and all of the coating mix. The taste was moist and delicious. This recipe is simple enough for someone just learning how to cook and impressive enough to serve to company. This will be made again. Thanks for posting and "Keep Smiling :)"

 4. 1) It's EASY... like... REALLY EASY! 2) It goes with anything. 3) It's absolutely delicious and appeals to all tastes. NOTE: I had to add about 10 minutes to the baking time so check them before you turn the oven off. I paired them with au gratin potatoes but they could go with any veggie at all because they look pretty enough for cous cous and simple enough for kids' meals. I made these with the poster's suggestions: I cut them into strips (perfect for lunch or dinner for kids but still looks adult-like), added a 1/4 cup more of breadcrumbs. Instead of paprika, I used 1/4 teaspoon of old bay seasoning because I love it and it has the same coloring. Flavor was perfect. Extremely picky DBF loved it. Quick, simple, yummy, and ingredients can be found right in your fridge/pantry. I will make these frequently now.

I'm a teacher in Northern California. My husband and I have been married for a little over two years now, and the novelty of being married still has not worn off yet, though Chad (hubby) is hoping it will any day now. I told him it might when we become parents, but not to count on it. :) We have two very sweet dogs, and two cats that make my world go round. I love Coca-Cola with an unbridled passion as well as all things "I Love Lucy". Example- my cats are named Desi & Lucy. Lucy was almost named Coca (3 guesses why), but then I got Desi as well, and so Desi & Lucy it was. Chad and I love to travel. He's been far more places than me, but I'm trying to catch up!
