Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 12 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 14 cup water
  • 3 cups rice cereal, crushed
  • 12 cup chopped walnuts
  • raspberry preserves

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Combine cake mix, oil, egg and water. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Add cereal and walnuts; mix until well blended.
  3. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
  4. Use thumb to make indentation in each cookie.
  5. Spoon about ½ teaspoon preserves into center of each cookie.
  6. Bake 9-11 minutes or until golden brown.
