Directions

  1. Crumb bread in the food processor.
  2. heat butter, add crumbs, parsley and garlic.
  3. Fry gently for 10 minutes, until browned.
  4. Layer half of the crumbs, tomatoes and cheese in a buttered casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle between layers with salt and pepper.
  6. Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes at 350*F.
