- 2 cups cake flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites
- 1 3⁄4 cups evaporated milk
- 1⁄2 cup oil
directions
- Combine and sift, cake flour, baking powder, and salt.
- To the mixture add 3 egg yolks, evaporated milk, and oil.
- Beat stiff the egg whites, and fold in to mixture.
- Bake hot on waffle iron.
