Crock Pot Apple Butter

- 11 apples
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
directions
- Wash and quarter apples. Place in 3 1/2 to 4 quart crock pot. Add all other ingredients. Cook on low all day.

I found this really easy to make! Next time I think I would like to try adding a little ginger just for fun or maybe some red hot candies. Wonderful recipe!
