Crock Pot Barbecued Ribs

“As easy as can be and they come out so tender and delicious! Not sure how many servings in the whole recipe. I usually halve the recipe and there definitely are leftovers when serving only two people. Although I haven't tried it, you probably could easily make pulled pork sandwiches from this.”

Directions

  1. Place half the ribs in a slow cooker and top with half the onion.
  2. Repeat layers.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over all.
  4. Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours or until ribs are tender.
