  1. This is really good! I did add liquid smoke, about 1/2 tsp. Was a big hit with company over.

  2. I made quite a few changes, perhaps I shouldn't review the recipe!! I used the dry ingredients, onion and garlic as a rub to marinate the pieces of pork overnight. I used 1 cup of plum sauce and 1 cup of our favourite rib sauce to replace the ketchup, added the worchestershire sauce and mixed the pork and sauce together, put it all into a baking dish covered and baked at 300F for about 2 hours, removed the cover and baked another half hour. The result was very tasty! A good easy basic recipe, the possibilities are endless.

  3. I really like this. It was different than what I expected but a pleasant surpirse. I didn't use as much ketchup as requested and it was still great! Will make again. Rita s

  4. This was outstanding!!! Both the DH and I loved this recipe. I didn't have any mustard, so just left it out. I also substituted the brown sugar with Rapadura (an organic sweetener). This was a great one! It's definitely a keeper and one I will be making again! Thanks Northern_Reflectionz!!!

  5. This was very good. The sauce tasted just a little too much like ketchup, so I added about 1/4 cup of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce to it. I also cooked it for about 9 hours, but no problem. It turned out great. Served over hamburger buns it made a great meal. Thanks for posting.
