ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into small cubes
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes & chilies, drain juice
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 small beef bouillon cube
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄3 cup packed brown sugar
- 8 sandwich buns, split
directions
- Drain the juice from the Rotel then blend the chunks in a food processor. Dump into the crock pot then add the remaining ingredients (except the buns).
- Stir until well blended then cover & cook on high for 4-5 hours.
- Using a fork shred the beef in the pot. Serve on buns -- .
