Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff

ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can beef consomme
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 (12 ounce) package portabella mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- cream cheese
- 1 cup Greek yogurt or 1 cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles
directions
- In sauce pan heat drizzle of oil and butter. Cut up Stew Meat into bite size pieces. Dredge in flour and brown. Add to crock pot browned meat, mushroom soup, consomme, sliced mushrooms, sherry, worcheshire, minced garlic.
- Cook on high 4 hours 30 min before serving add in cream cheese and yogurt. Cook noodles. Then pour beef mixture over noodles and enjoy.
