Directions

  1. Place the beef and onions in a crockpot.
  2. Add the bouillon cubes or dry soup mix.
  3. Sprinkle with cornstarch, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour red wine over all.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW heat setting for 10 to 12 hours (or 5-6 hours on HIGH).
  6. Serve over hot cooked noodles, if desired.
