Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 (11 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 (11 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 12 cups white rice
  • 12 cup Smart Balance butter spread
  • 1 (11 ounce) can water

Directions

  1. Put in rice add 2/3 of soup mixture over rice and stir.
  2. place chicken on top of rice and stir. pour remaining soup mixture over chicken
  3. cook on low 6 to 6.5 hours. stir rice mix after 2 hours.
