1. I knew this would be good. I made another version of this recipe with full fat soup and I cannot tell the difference in taste at all. I also sprinkled some frozen green beans on top of stuffing mixture before turning on the crockpot. The stuffing stayed fluffy and very moist. Thanks for sharing.

 2. Delicious! I have always had difficulty with chicken & stuffing crock pot meals being dried out and, well, lacking in flavor too! With this recipe, I sprinkled some seasoning on the chicken, added the frozen green beans recommended by a previous commenter, and used cream of chicken instead of mushroom (personal preference). I was running a bit late for dinner so I cooked this on high for just over three hours. Perfect!

Next time I will double everything for our family of 8. I will use one can cream of chicken and one cream of celery. I also used chicken broth instead of the 1/2 cup of water ~ more flavor, why not!? :)

Thanks for a simple, tasty meals perfect for our crazy life!

 3. I am going off of my husbands opinion on this one because I didn't really like it. But, I don't like chicken breast out of the crockpot. And I am not a big fan of stuffing. My daughter liked the chicken part but not the stuffing either. It was really easy to make. My husband liked it. Had two servings and took the rest for lunch.
