Directions

  1. Place 1/2 cup water in bottom of crockpot and then place the chicken in the crockpot.
  2. Mix everything up, pour over the chicken and cook high 3-4 hours or 6-10 hours on low.
  3. Variations: Next pick one of these to top the chicken.
  4. 1 cup salsa and 1 cup sour cream.
  5. 4oz can chili verdi (green chilis).
  6. 1 chopped onion, three chopped tomatoes, fresh mushrooms, salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons curry powder.
  7. 1/2 jar sugar free apricot jam (6oz) and red peper flakes to taste (I use 1/2 tsp).
  8. 10oz can cream of celery soup, 1 tsp Italian seasoning and 1/2 bag baby carrots.
  9. 1 jar alfredo sauce, 4 chopped green onions and 1/2 cup parm cheese at end when served.
  10. 1 jar spaghetti sauce, 1 cup shredded cheese 1/2 cup parm cheese at end when served.
  11. 15oz cranberry sauce (1 can) and one chopped onion.
  12. 15oz refried beans (1 can) and 1/2 jar salsa.
