Directions

  1. Place onion in bottom of crockpot with cinnamon stick. Lay chicken on top of onion.
  2. In a bowl, stir remaining ingredients until well mixed. Pour over chicken, coating every piece. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours. Discard cinnamon stick before serving. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
