Very interresting combination that you have going on with this.My family really enjoyed it and it smelled wonderful cooking.I had to use pickle spears since I couldn't find whole pickles but it worked out fine.I served these on garlic parmesan croissants with provelone cheese and pickles. This is a keeper. Thanks for sharing!!!

Fantastic, yummy, good, easy to make, and makes my apartment smell good too. I got everything ready last night and when I came home for lunch I took my crockpot out of the refrigerator and plugged it in. When I got home from work and Weight Watchers this delicious dish was waiting for me. The pickles and the chili sauce really add flavor to the meat. I used extra garlic because I love it. I also added a bit of extra salt as I used a larger roast to ensure I would have LOTS of leftovers for future sandwiches. Thank you for providing so many ready to eat meals for me.
