Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup noodles, uncooked
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 cup ham, cubed
  • 10 34 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 12 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 14 cup green peppers or 14 cup red pepper, chopped

Directions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions until barely tender (I cook approximately 5 to 6 minutes).
  2. Drain and toss with just enough oil to coat.
  3. Add noodles and remaining ingredients to a greased crock pot or use a crock pot liner, and stir to mix.
  4. Cover. Cook on Low for 7 to 9 hours.
