Crock-Pot Hot Fruit

"About 15 years ago I went to a girls get together and one of the women brought this drink/dessert. It was amazing. Whenever I bring it to an event, it is the first thing to go. Great for when the weather gets cold. Leftovers, if there is any, can be reheated and put over vanilla ice cream. Finally, the recipe works whether you use the expensive or the cheapest ingredients around. Can/jar size is approx."

  2. Five stars for preparation ease and tastiness. I wondered just when to serve this recipe, but it has proven to be very versatile. Gadgetsmidnight's sidenote suggestions are all worthwhile options.

I live in the heart of the USA in my opinion. I have been married 16 years and this year went through empty nest syndrome. I worked part time as my child grew up, but now I am back to work full time to pay for college. Sadly, going back to work full time has decreased my opportunities to cook as much as I did in the past :{ I love Recipezaar, especially the premium membership. It is so nice to have the extras that come with that. My DH has given me the membership for several years for my birthday. <img src="http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j166/ZaarNicksMom/PACsticker-Adopted.jpg">
