Reviews

  1. This was good, it made the meat really tender.. could have used something else for flavour, but we enjoyed it.

  2. Delicious, easy to make recipe. Thanks for a great recipe!

  3. Perfect Recipe! I used vegetable broth in lieu of the beef broth and wine and it was excellent.

  4. This for us got mixed reactions. It was wonderfully tender, very moist, and truly utilzed the crock pot well. I added the caraway seeds suggested in another review & they were a jarring note for our tastes. I would also add less wine next time. Made for Spring '09 Pick A Chef.

  5. I liked this very much.

Tweaks

  1. Delicious, this was the bomb... I added 5 tsp of paprika instead of 4, 3 pounds of meat, and 3tbs of sourcream. Just as good.
