  1. The whole family loved this! Served it with our favorite Mexican Rice recipe, flour tortillas, and all the fixin's. Delicious, and we have enough leftovers for lunch this week. Thanks for posting the recipe!

  2. So easy and yet really big on taste. Thanks for sharing this recipe, veena's. We really enjoyed it. I served it over plain white rice, and it was delicious. I definitely plan to make this again. Made for the Spring 2014 Pick-A-Chef event.

  3. Very good and easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly as written and we all enjoyed this for dinner. Made for Spring PAC 2010.

  4. Oh I thought the amount was almost perfect! I did add a couple of cans of diced tomatoes with peppers for extra sauce for dipping chips in! My family just loves this and they insist that I use only homemade tortillas with this. They can't get enough!!!

  5. The flavor in this recipe is amazing. The only thing I would change is the amount of sourcream and cream cheese it has. For our family's taste it was a little too saucy.
