  1. This had a bit too much thyme in it for us. I did brown the pork (I used pork brisket) and I am glad I did. Also, I only used 1 can of soup b/c it seemed like too much. I loved how the onions and apples came out in the sauce though! Thanks for posting.

  2. OMG, I really liked this. I only used four porkchops (boneless)and used only two apples. I also browned the pork chops before putting them in the crockpot for some color. Other from that, I followed the recipe as posted.I served this with a side of mashed potatoes. I really liked this and will definitely be making this again soon. Thanks for posting Bekah!

  3. Delicious. I used a pork roast instead of the chops and it was wonderfully moist and tender. I think the next time I will cut back on the soup. There was a wee bit too much sauce and no meat left. :)

  4. Simple put together in the AM, cooked on low for 6 1/2 hours. Great flavor and the meat remained moist. Leftovers (if there are any) will freeze well. Served with 3 cheese Mashed Potato casserole, steamed green beans and coldslaw Thanks Bekah for a tasty easy dinner

  5. Good and easy-to-make. When I made this I used only 5 pork chops, 1 can of soup, 2 apples and one onion when I made this, keeping everything else the same and used the same cooking time. Although good and the meat was very tender I felt the cooking time may have been too long especially for the apples because it ended up tasting a a bit bland, although there was plenty of sauce to serve over rice.
