  1. This is a very simple recipe to make but it just wasn't for us. I only used 1lb of ground meat and 8 oz of cheese to cut back on the calories and it was still too much. Sorry:-( Reviewed for PAC 07

Mom with two grown kids, daughter 17 and son 22. Daughter is incredibly picky to the point of watching me cook to be sure there is nothing she wont eat in the menu and inspecting each forkfull before she eats it and wont eat anything with onions or the aroma of onions or if there is an onion any where near her food or within 50 miles. Dinners can be very stressful. I absolutely LOVE to cook, and love to try new foods. We lead pretty busy lives, so quick healthy and tasty earns big points. Though not a diabetic I am on the diabetes exchange diet in an effort to drop 20 lbs and I am almost at my goal, only 3 more lbs to go!!
