  1. Waste of ingredients. At 2 hrs, rotini was totally mushed out and vegies were still crunchy. (onions & green peppers) Tomato/pizza sauce did not seem to blend well with rest of ingredients.

  2. Excellent flavor! I was impressed by how much this made. After us five got through with this meal we too had a little bit for leftovers. I checked the pasta at 1 hour but they were not done. Checked at 1 1/2 hours and pasta was close to being done. At exactly 2 hours we tried this dish, the noodles were cooked but seemed gummy. I went back for seconds after letting the dish set for a while and the pasta was good but still gummy. Still went back though for leftovers the next day for the flavor it sooo good! Thank you for posting.

  3. We did not enjoy this, sorry. The texture of the noodles chnaged to mush. The combo of ingredients would make a great baked casserole, but as a crockpot meal it did not go over well for us.

  4. This was a good weekend meal. Between spending my time at the baseball field and doing yard work, this was an easy meal to put together. I recommend not going over the two hour time limit. There was enough to feed my family of five with plenty of leftovers for lunch.

Me and my boyfriend have been together for 11 years now. We live on 40 acres and have 6 dogs and 4 Tennessee Walkers. We both work a lot of hours so there is never enough time in a day to get everything done. I absolutely love the outdoors. I also enjoy lifting weights, reading and playing with all of my beautiful animals. I absolutely love, love and love to cook. I like to cook a variety of things and also like love to bake. I like to just get in the kitchen and experiment with different things. If something does not turn out for me such as pie crust or gravy I will keep trying until I can make it work. Only problem is, when I finally make it work it may not work again the time after that. It is fun though and I do consider myself a pretty good cook for the most part. I also love slow cooker recipes. Those are my most favorite in the winter months.
