Crock Pot Pork Chops in Homemade BBQ Sauce

"This is a really easy and tasty recipe. I like to make this with a pasta salad and steamed veggies. I prefer to use pork chops that do not have the bone since the crock pot will make the meat so tender it will fall off of the bone."

  1. This was just very easy to put together and everyone loved it! I added a dash of chili powder in the receipe since my family likes a taste of spice in it and worchestershire sauce in place of liquid smoke. So delicious and I will be making it again!

  2. The sauce on this is great. We wanted pulled pork sandwiches, so cooked it on low for about 7 hours. We only had two chops, but I kept the sauce the same so I could save the extra for another day. The only change I made was adding real garlic and I subbed two tbsp. of Worcestershire for two tbsp. of smoke. We are not big fans of things that are too smokey. The Worcestershire gave the sauce a little bit of spice. Thanks! This is a keeper!

  3. Delicious and easy recipe! I did add a few things to the BBQ sauce as I felt it needed alittle more flavor. I only used a few dashes of Mesquite liquid smoke and a few dashes of worchestershire sauce and I added about 2 Tbs of (Recipe #143307) Crock pot Apple Butter by Pam-l-Am. Our company really enjoyed this dish and wanted the recipe. Thank you for sharing the recipe! I will be making again. :)
