The sauce on this is great. We wanted pulled pork sandwiches, so cooked it on low for about 7 hours. We only had two chops, but I kept the sauce the same so I could save the extra for another day. The only change I made was adding real garlic and I subbed two tbsp. of Worcestershire for two tbsp. of smoke. We are not big fans of things that are too smokey. The Worcestershire gave the sauce a little bit of spice. Thanks! This is a keeper!

Delicious and easy recipe! I did add a few things to the BBQ sauce as I felt it needed alittle more flavor. I only used a few dashes of Mesquite liquid smoke and a few dashes of worchestershire sauce and I added about 2 Tbs of (Recipe #143307) Crock pot Apple Butter by Pam-l-Am. Our company really enjoyed this dish and wanted the recipe. Thank you for sharing the recipe! I will be making again. :)
