  1. I'm having a harFor some reason, this page isn't loading correctly on my screen, but I stil wanted to review! This recipe is great - would also be great with turkey and a side of cranberries! My only caution is to try an densure that the stuffing stays on top of the meat, othewise it will bet mushy in the liquids. Thanks for posting!

  2. We loved this!! I ended up using 3 thick cut pork sirloin chops and pork gravy. The pork came out very tender and moist. This is a keeper, I can't wait to make it with chicken! Made for Spring PAC 2009

  3. I used the pork tenderloin, since I had a good supply thanks to recent sales. I cul back on the potatoes, since that was a bit too much for us. When I make it again, I will cut the pork tenderloin into half inch medallions before putting in the crackpot. It's too hard to cut once it's cooked. I will also store leftover stuffing separate from the rest of the dish. This was delicious!

  4. I used chicken, chicken gravy, low sodium soup and Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix, as it's my favorite. This was a delicious meal and I will be making it again!
