Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 12-3 lbs pot roast
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup cooking sherry
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles, cooked

Directions

  1. Spray crock pot with Pam.
  2. Brown roast if desired.
  3. Place all ingredients except noodles in crock pot.
  4. Cover and cook on Low 6-8 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve roast over cooked noodles.
