- place a roast (thawed) into crock pot, turn on high.
- place potatoes(peeled, cut, and boiled) into crock pot around roast.
- pour water into crock pot with roast and potatoes.
- cook in crock pot for 8 hours.
- enjoy!
- *use the leftover juices as gravy.
