This is DELICIOUS! We have always loved making roasts in our crock pot but wanted to try something new. I found this when browsing online and thought "wow, coffee, really???" but is is so good! The smell in the house while it cooks all day is to die for! Very tender. I have used bottom up and top up roasts also and it's very good still! Thanks for sharing with me :)

I love to try new recipes on unsuspecting victims! I've listed some of my favorites but I could also list a menu of my great culinary disasters...ask my kids about 'Mexican Hot Chocolate' or 'Peanut Butter Meatloaf'! (What was I thinking?)
That said, the recipes I have posted have passed the tests of family gatherings, pot luck dinners and even some candle lit dinners. Try them, tinker with them, have fun and enjoy!
