  1. I as thinking I should pound the steak with flour and then brown the steak. Do you think that would change the recipe too much?

  1. This smelled so good while cooking in the crock pot. We loved this! A little salty, but not unedible.

  2. We really did not care for this at all.

  3. This was a great easy recipe to put together while my kitchen is being redone! My changes, I used 1 1/2 lbs of tenderized round steak, 2 cans cream mush soup, and added a medium sliced onion and 1 sliced green and 1 red pepper. Cooked 7 hours on low and meat still seemed tough, so turned up to high for an 1 1/2 hrs. Served with mashed potatoes and corn. Yum, thanks.

I'm a happily married father of four. I love to cook for my family as much as I can. But is hard when you have a wife that cooks as much as mine. Some of you might know her as The Recipe Fairy. It is also hard for me being a law enforcement officer. But when I get the chance I enjoy myself for I am cooking for my love ones.
