  • Put chicken, salsa, taco seasoning, and soup in crock pot.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Remove from crockpot and break up chicken.
  • Stir in sour cream.
  • Serve over rice.

  1. This recipe sounded really gross to me, but for some reason I made it anyway. I'm glad I did! I've made it several times and now have my daughter and daughter-in-law making it to. We all love it. I misread the recipe the first time and stirred the sour cream in at the beginning and it worked fine so I've continued to do it that way. I usually shred it up and make it into enchiladas. The sauce is so rich so you don't even need to add cheese so it's really a pretty healthy dinner.
