ingredients
- 3 lbs pork roast
- 3 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon caraway seed
- 1 tablespoon poppy seed
- 1 tablespoon fennel seed
- 2 cups water
directions
- Coat fat side of pork roast with orange marmalade.
- Sprinkle sesame, caraway, poppy, and fennel seeds on top.
- Put water in bottom of crock pot.
- Put roast in crock pot seed side up.
- Cook on low all day.
