Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook for 8 -10 hours on LOW until beef is done and tender.
  3. Then serve and enjoy.
  4. Variation:
  5. Add 2-10½ oz. cans of beef gravy and ½ cup of water in place of the tomatoes.
  6. Reduce Tapioca to 2 Tbsps.
