  1. This is a very simple and great recipe! We typically make it when we have left over ground turkey for tacos and mix that in with it. We make a large batch and freeze left overs. Re heats tasting just as good! Thanks for the recipe!

  2. We loved this!! So good and easy. The taco seasoning does tend to get spicy,so you may want to add less if you're not accustomed to heat.

  3. This is an insult to spanish people, especially spanish Americans. I suggest “salsa rice” or “tomato rice” spanish rice is already a recipe and this certainly isn’t it! Way more than 3 ingredients in it.. water, rice, salsa and you have the audacity to call it spanish?? Try again Karen

  4. Followed the recipe exactly as written and it was terrible! The flavour and texture were not good at all. After a few bites this rice went into the garbage. Very disappointing!

  5. I made this for family tonight, and we loved it. The rice turned out perfectly.

Tweaks

  1. I'm guessing this could be made on the stove top in a large pot, covered and simmered (medium-low?) for approximately the same amount of time with some occasional stirring?
