Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 lbs roast (whichever you prefer, I usually use Rump)
  • 2 cups spicy hot V8
  • 12 cup roasted green chilies
  • 12 yellow onion
  • 4 -5 potatoes
  • garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • gravy (use 1 cup broth from crock pot)
  • 1 14 ounces Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) can 98% fat-free condensed mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Cut up roast into 8 to 10 chuncks place in crockpot.
  2. Quarter onion and place in crockpot.
  3. Quarter potatos and add to crockpot.
  4. Add Chopped Roasted Green chile.
  5. Add V8 juice.
  6. Add water to fill crockpot.
  7. Season to taste.
  8. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
