  1. Brown ground beef; drain fat.
  2. Add onions and garlic. Stir until wilted.
  3. Add flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Mixing well.
  4. Stir in undiluted soup; mix well.
  5. Put all in crock pot on low for 6 hours. When you get ready to serve add sliced mushrooms and sour cream.
  6. Serve over noodles rice or potatoes.
