Crock Pot Sweet and Sour Polish Sausage

"This is a recipe I got from a woman that I work with. It is very easy and delicious. The ingredients sound kind of gross, but trust me it's good. My DH wasn't sure about it either, but now it's one of his favorites."

  1. We had to make an ethnic dish for my class and this looked like the easiest Polish dish. 3 ingredients for 3 hours in a crock pot. My local Kroeger unfortunately didn't carry polish sausage so I had to improvise and used bratwurst instead. Still turned out pretty good. Everyone in class seemed to like it.

  2. Can you really make anything bad with Polska Kielbasa? I loved the kick from the cocktail sauce with the sweetness of the jelly. Had something very similar at a party years ago, and told myself to make it and then completely forgot. So, thnx for sharing your recipe, Lorealle. Made for PAC Fall 2009.
