  • 2 -2 12 lbs boneless sirloin steaks, cut up in small pieces
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 12 cup soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and pour over steak.
  2. Cook on low 4 to 6 hours in crock pot.
  3. Serve over rice.
