But it is every bit as good, and it's a delicious way to get your daily fiber!”

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 ounces egg noodles, boiled
  • 1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup (or mushroom)
  • 2 ounces tuna
  • 14 cup Grape-nuts cereal
  • wheat germ

Directions

  1. Place boiled noodles, tuna and soup in crock pot.
  2. Stir ingredients until blended evenly.
  3. Stir in Grape Nuts.
  4. Sprinkle wheat germ lightly on top of ingredients.
  5. Turn crock pot on"high" for 15-20 minutes until contents are hot.
  6. Let simmer until you are ready for tasty casserole!
