Crock Pot Turkey Breast

  • 1 lb potato, I use Red Bliss
  • 1 turkey breast, bone in and skin on
  • 2 (12 ounce) jars turkey gravy, I use Heinz Home Style Turkey gravy
  • 12 ounces water
  • 12 cup butter, 1 stick
  • salt and pepper

  • Rinse turkey breast.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Wash and cut potatoes in wedges and place in bottom of crockpot.
  • Place turkey breast on top of potatoes.
  • Add 2 jars of gravy and 12 ounces of water and butter.
  • Cook on low for 13 hours.
  • Remove turkey breast and remove skin and debone.
  • Slice or shred turkey.
  • Return turkey to crockpot.
  • Serve with potatoes and broth.
