  • 1 onion, diced
  • 6 small red potatoes, quartered
  • 2 cups carrots, sliced
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless turkey thighs
  • 14 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
  • 10 34 ounces cream of mushroom soup
  • 23 cup chicken broth or 2/3 cup water

directions

  • Place vegetables in bottom of slow cooker.
  • Place turkey thighs over vegetables.
  • Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over turkey.
  • Cover. Cook on high 30 minutes. Reduce heat to low and cook 7 hours.
