  1. Chop up 1 onion & place on the bottom of a 4 quart slow cooker.
  2. Place chicken on top of onions.
  3. Top with beans & corn.
  4. In a medium bowl combine taco seasoning, rotel, soup & chicken broth. Pour over chicken.
  5. Chop up 2nd onion & place on top.
  6. Cover & cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
  7. Before serving stir gently to break up chicken.
  8. OPTIONAL: Top with sour cream, chips, cheese or jalapeno's.
