  • Combine 1/2 cup flour wirh the salt and pepper and toss with beef cubes to coat thoroughly. Place in crockpot. Add shallots and mushrooms. Combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste. Pour over beef and vegetables; stir well. Cover and cook on low for 8-12 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
  • One hour before serving, turn to high setting. Make a smooth paste of red wine and 3 tablespoons flour; stir into crockpot, mixing well. Cover and cook until thickened. Serve over hot buttered noodles.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
