  • In a 6 quart Crocker Pot, place the potatoes on the bottom. Top with corned beef, including any juices in the package. Scatter on the onions, peppercorns, and bay leaves. Add water to cover. Cover and cook on low 6 hours. Add the cabbage wedges and continue cooking until meat is cooked and vegetables are tender, ( an additional 2-3 hours).

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
