- 2 lbs beef round steak, 1-inch thick
- 1⁄4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 celery rib, chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
directions
- Cut steak into 4 servng pieces. Dredge in flour mixed with salt; place in Crockery Pot. Add chopped vegetables and Worcestershire sauce. Pour tomato sauce over meat and vegetables. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high 4-5 hours.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
