Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 -3 chicken thighs
  • salt and pepper
  • 14 cup dry white wine
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 (2 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • hot cooked rice or hot cooked noodles

Directions

  1. Season the thighs with salt and pepper. Place in a 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 quart crockette. Combine the wine, mushroom soup, and mushroom slices and pour over.
  2. Cover crockette and cook on LO heat for 4-6 hours. Do not overcook. Serve with rice or noodles.
