  • 1 lb cooked ground beef
  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 4 -6 carrots, sliced into coins
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (8 ounce) can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste

directions

  • In a crockpot, stir in ground beef. Add remaining ingredients to crockpot except tomato soup and paste. Stir, and cover. Cook on high 4-5 hours. Add in soup and tomato paste and cook on high an additional 1 hour. Serve with whole wheat rolls or French bread.
