Ingredients Nutrition
- 1 (3 -4 lb) boneless pork roast
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped
- 1 1⁄2 cups fresh cilantro
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped
- tortilla
Directions
- Put roast in slow cooker, season with garlic, salt and pepper.
- Add green onions, salsa, broth, and chilis to the pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until tender.
- Remove meat from crockpot and shred.
- Return meat to crockpot and heat through.
- Serve on tortillas with your choice of garnishes.
