  1. Good base recipe. I use frozen peas and fresh carrots instead of canned. I also added chopped celery, thyme, rosebary, a bay leaf, ground white pepper, salt, parsley, Mrs. Dash (original), and paprika. Delish!

  2. I was curious about how the biscuits would taste, but they were delicious!! I will use this recipe again, and try adding vegetables (I made side veggies).

  3. Terrible recipe. I thought it was going to be delicious so I invited people over to share it with me. Put the biscuits on "for 30 minutes" and here we are, 2 hours later still waiting for the biscuits to get done. Finally, since it's 7:00 at night, I'm scooping out the dough, boiling egg noodles and will serve them chicken soup. So embarrassed :-(

  4. I made this today and we loved it. Hubby had 2 big bowls. I used chopped carrots and celery along with poultry seasoning on the chicken. I also added thyme, and Mediterranean Seasoning to the sauce. The biscuits ended up cooking in the crockpot close to an hour which turned out to be just right. Great winter dinner!
