- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs, trimmed of fat
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
directions
- Place chicken thighs in a slow cooker.
- In a medium bowl, mix the two soups together until smooth. Pour over the chicken, making sure it is well coated. Cover and cook on LO heat for 4 to 6 hours.
- Stir in the sour cream about 1/2 hour before serving.
- Note: If you choose to use chicken breasts, cook them on LO heat for 3 to 4 hours. Do not overcook.
