Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 2 (28 ounce) cans condensed tomato soup, undiluted
  • 6 12 cups water
  • 1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 1 (4 ounce) cansliced black olives, drained
  • 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • additional shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. In a soup kettle or Dutch oven, cook beef with onions and red pepper over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to crockpot EXCEPT cheese. Stir to combine and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  3. Before serving, add cheese. Stir until melted.
  4. Garnish with additional cheese if desired.
