  1. Cream together shortening and sugar, add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one. Add molasses, mix well. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add alternately with milk to creamed mixture. Add nuts and chocolate.
  2. Drop by teaspoonful on greased baking sheet. Bake at 375F for about 10 minutes, or until a bit brown.
